With the introduction of electric dehydrators the drying process was improved but most manufacturers offer round stack-able models with a heating unit in the bottom moving moisture up through the racks causing uneven drying and longer drying times. The VegiKiln dehydrator includes a rear mounted drying system that moves the air across each tray for even consistent drying and faster drying times than other models. No tray rotation required. Perfect for drying fruit, vegetables, herbs, flowers, arts, crafts and even photos.
